General Procedure in Philippine Construction

1) preliminary studies / schematics; The architect will visit your lot and make the schematics (design, floorplan, elevation sketch)
2) blue prints; (2 weeks) These are technical documents used by the builders for construction and they are also needed to get a building-permit
